Calgary Opera serves our entire community with innovative and inspiring operas in a multitude of forms and venues, and through educational activities and the training of young Canadian artists, while developing our people and managing our operations in a fiscally sound and efficient manner.

Calgary Opera Association RAFFLE RULES

The prize for one lucky winner is:

  • 4 "any one day" tickets to the Rogers Charity Classic Golf Tournament which is taking place in Calgary from August 11 to 17, 2025.

  • "Chef's Creation" Dinner for two with wine pairings at Mercato Mission (Calgary)

  • Car service to/from the winner's house to Mercato restaurant and to/from Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club (the location of the golf tournament). Provided by AM/PM Limo Service.

  • Total prize is valued at approximately $600

Each ticket you buy not only boosts your chances of winning but also directly supports the Calgary Opera Association in its mission to bring the magic of opera to our community.

1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

1 for $10.00 - Limit 10 tickets

5 for $25.00 - Limit 320 tickets (64 packages)

20 for $50.00 - Limit 520 tickets (26 packages)

3. Ticket sales will end on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 11:59 pm and the draw will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Mamdani Opera Centre at 1:00pm.

4. The winner will receive vouchers for:

  • 4 tickets to the Rogers Charity Classic Golf Tournament which is taking place in Calgary from August 11 to 17, 2025

  • Car service for 4 to and from the winner's location of choice to the tournament course on August 15, 16 and 17, 2025.

  • Dinner for two at Mercato on 4th St SW in Calgary

  • Car service for 2 to and from the winner's location of choice to Mercato restaurant

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, that the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the Calgary Opera nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

10.No refunds will be permitted, all sales are final.
