David Daly
Board Director
David Daly is an energy economist with extensive experience in fiscal policy, government relations, strategic planning, marketing of crude oil, natural gas liquids and ethane, economic evaluations, analysis and forecasting. David holds masters degrees in economics, business administration and musicology. Prior to joining the board of Calgary Opera he was a trustee of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation including two years as its president. David sits on the Advisory Council of the Canadian Music Centre Prairie Region. His extensive background in music performance includes being in the chorus for many productions of Calgary Opera.
